Office of the Secretary

The Office of the Secretary provides executive policy and management for the departments/divisions of the Finance and Administration Cabinet. The Secretary serves as the chief financial officer and manager of the financial resources of the Commonwealth. He also serves on numerous boards and commissions including the Kentucky Economic Development Partnership Board, the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority, the Kentucky Economic Roundtable, the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority, the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority and the Kentucky Housing Corporation.
