Effective January 1, 2009, Form 941x will replace Form 941c
The Internal Revenue Service has launched the draft of the Form 941x (see http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-utl/form_941x_vision_draft.pdf). The 941x will be a stand alone document. It will not be attached to the 941 as is the 941c. More information will be forthcoming. Check back at our site for updates.
Form I-9 - Employment Eligibility Verification (Dec. 28, 2007)
Employer’s Annual Return: Form 944 (Feb. 15, 2006)
Employer’s Annual Return (Form 944) will be the new filing requirement for all Form 941 taxpayers beginning in Calendar year 2006, whose total annual Form 941 liability is $1000 or less per year. Click here for more information.
