The new Web site for the Board of Registered Athlete Agents is now available at the following link:

As of June 30, 2009 this Web site is no longer being updated.  

The purpose of the Kentucky Directory of Registered Athlete Agents is to administer and enforce the statutory authority and to monitor the needs of the consuming public. The Board licenses all eligible candidates for entry into the profession of Athlete Agents. It recommends appropriate changes in the law to assure fairness and equality. The Board conducts formal hearings when necessary and prosecutes by due process any violators of KRS 164.680 to 164.689.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to keep the board notified of any address or name changes.  Failure to do so may result in delays in the licensing process.
