The Division of Engineering and Contract Administration is the administrator of the state's capital construction program. It provides technical engineering assistance to state agencies, reviews design and detail specifications, and acts as a liaison between the Department and other agencies on new construction projects and major maintenance projects. In addition, the Division also monitors construction and maintenance contracts to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. The Division also advertises and awards contracts for capital construction projects and other construction services for all state agencies, excluding roads and bridges. Procurement includes new buildings, renovation of existing buildings, reclamation and landscaping of grounds, major repairs, service/maintenance contracts for equipment of all types, and construction-related consulting services, including Architect/Engineer services.  Bidding Opportunities and Related Information are posted on the Finance and Administration Cabinet's eProcurement site at: https://eprocurement.ky.gov/
