MARS Forms - Travel

The travel voucher forms are being provided to users in two ways: 1) as individual forms (these will create a data (FIL) file for each page); and, 2) as form packets (the individual forms are grouped together to meet the needs of most travelers and will create one data (FIL) file for the packet). See the descriptions noted along with the form to make a decision on which form executable will best meet your needs.
All travel related forms are multi-part forms.

The forms names (.exe files) which are presented below, needs to remain the same for them to function properly. So please do not change the exe form names. Thanks.
 

 Users should go in and download any of the new executable files (forms) you need. You should make sure the new executables overwrite the older versions you currently have within your system. Once you have downloaded the new executables, you should double click the file to create a new .INI file. After you do this, .FIL files created with the new executables should open by double-clicking.
When you try to open a previously created .FIL file for a travel voucher package or for the mars34.exe, you should first open the blank form and then do a File/Open and choose the file name of the .FIL file you wish to open. You will probably get a message on .FIL files created with the previous forms that they do not match. If you click okay, the form should proceed to populate. HOWEVER, once the form has populated with data, you should go to the "Traveler ID" and "Agency Name" fields and make sure it contains data (these are the two fields that had to be corrected to fix the printing problems). IF NOT, enter the correct data and save. From this point on, the .FIL file should open by double-clicking.
