Agency Delegation Contacts

eMARS activities are coordinated through staff resources in each agency. Contacts include Agency Implementation Leads (AILs), Communication Leads, Training Team Leads (TTLs), Fiscal Officers, Security Leads, Property Officers, Technical Leads, Procurement Officers and Interface Leads. Profiles for the skill sets required by each of these staff is listed under Agency Implementation Contact Profiles.
